Giovanni Zinna is the president of Associazione Moltivolti Capovolti. He is a biologist, but currently working in social field. He has experience as a social worker in a reception center for immigrants and in international cooperation in Tanzania. After this experience in Tanzania, he started responsible tourism activities in Tanzania.

Senem Kalafat has been working as a Project Manager. She is graduated in International Relations and works in Human Rights field for 6 years. She is a former EVS volunteer and Grundtvig Assistant. She has experience in European project management and in the implementation of trainings and non-formal educational activities targeting youth, disadvantaged groups, migrants and women. Besides, she is the contact person of Human Library Organization in Sicily.
